The Initial Consultation
We start with a relaxed consultation where we’ll get to know each other and talk through your ideas, style, and expectations. This step is all about making sure we’re the perfect match for your big day.
Contractual Lift-Off
Once we’ve decided to work together, we’ll finalize the details and sign a contract to officially begin the planning journey.
Vision & Concept Development
Our team will create a tailored vision board and concept design, built around your brief. This ensures every detail reflects your personal style and unique love story.
Planning & Booking
Together, we’ll determine key dates, select your dream venue, and book the perfect vendors to bring your day to life. Throughout, we’ll keep a close eye on your budget to make sure everything aligns with your financial plan.
On-the-Day Coordination
When the big day arrives, we’ll be there to ensure everything runs like clockwork, so you can relax, celebrate, and soak up every moment.

Our Fees
- Half of the fee is due upon signing the contract.
- The remaining half is due one week before your wedding day, as once you have got the Wedding bug, you will change your mind on lots of things (this I promise you), whether that’s adding bits in, or taking bits out. So we want to make it fair for both parties and won’t charge for anything you have changed your mind on. The same goes for any extra’s you add in, this will also reflect on the remaining balance.
